Maddie joined Gottfried & Somberg Wealth Management as an Associate Analyst in May 2026. In this role, she supports advisors and clients through financial planning assistance, research, and portfolio management support. Her responsibilities include data entry, financial plan preparation, and meeting documentation, as well as pulling performance data and preparing client meeting materials. She also assists with trade entry, portfolio reporting, prospect acquisition efforts, and wealth management commentary support through formatting and data compilation.


A recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Maddie earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. During her time at UNH, she was an active member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), Captain’s Council, and participated in various Economics Department initiatives, including serving as a Student Admitted Day speaker.


In addition to her academic accomplishments, Maddie was a four-year member of the University of New Hampshire Women’s Soccer Team and served as team captain during her senior season. She earned several athletic honors throughout her collegiate career, including America East Defender of the Year, America East All-Conference First Team, and multiple United Soccer Coaches Region selections. She was also ranked No. 50 nationally in the Topdrawer Soccer National Player Rankings and recognized on the America East Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner’s Honor Roll for her commitment to academic excellence.


Prior to joining Gottfried & Somberg Wealth Management, Maddie completed a venture capital externship and gained experience in independent tax preparation, experiences that strengthened her analytical abilities and deepened her interest in financial markets and client service.


Outside of work, Maddie enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
