Monica joined Gottfried & Somberg Wealth Management, LLC in January 2022 and serves as Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she works closely with advisors and leadership to ensure the organization operates efficiently and in alignment with its strategic objectives.
Monica works closely with advisors to support their day-today practice management needs, streamline administrative workflows, and implement operational best practices that support client service and business growth. She assists with firmwide initiatives related to process improvement, compliance coordination, and cross-department alignment, ensuring advisors have the resources, structure, and support necessary to focus on client relationships and financial planning. With a strong foundation in organizational strategy and team development, Monica brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to fostering collaboration, strengthening internal coordination, and ensuring teams work together efficiently and effectively. She plays a key role in supporting leadership by translating strategic vision into clear, actionable plans.
Monica holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford. Outside of work, she enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters, Morgan and Taylor.
